Have you read the surprise rules Ghost? Considering his position and all this would be an ambush situation giving him a plus six on the initiative. page 246 from the core book. Narcojet- immediate effect with an injection vector, 10(s) damage. With the injection arrows, he takes arrow damage+the narcojet. If he even takes 1 damage from the arrow, he gets 1 full dose of Narco Jet. Nasty little thing, kinda makes me want to rethink some non-lethal alternatives.
