| It was about fifty minutes... of agony.  We're planning on doing it three days a week. The good thing about it is that you use whatever amount of weight is appropriate for you. The bad thing about it is that I looked really stupid using the smallest weights we had because it was my first time.  The dang guy in the video was using like fifty pound weights and I'm sitting there with 10 lb. ones. Blarg. Also I think I did one of them exercises wrong and now my shoulder is hurting. Getting in shape is gonna kill me.  | |

That sounds a lot like one instructor I had ages ago. Though I never took Krav Maga. I think it's just instructors having a natural affinity for being evil. | |

| P90X is some pretty serious stuff! One of my best friends bought it a year ago, and has done it twice already. The results can be really impressive! If you want a workout that will totally kick your butt, try taking Kung Fu lessons! There is nothing quite like that, not even P90X. But, it's not for the weak-of-heart either! | |
