Jacobs Handle:Ghost Moon Age: 26 Metatype:Humen Race: Puerto Rican/African American When he was sixteen Manuel's martial arts instructor told him he had the most potential out of all his student body, and that his skill could take him place's. He began a harsh regimen of old world martial training. When this happened he became a member of a family tradition. Since his teacher had one son (Kenji) of his own, (who did not share his fathers love of outsiders) and Manuel had no father. The teacher and student became very close. Manuel's mother died and his teacher took him in. Shortly after his teacher also died. And Manuel was left alone. though He had not finished his training. He was consumed with the need to help others. But then one day while working his EMT beat under an assumed name a child died, in his arms. A victim of a gang fight. He quit and wandered for a while. Rusting much of his hard earned skill. One day a certain elf fixer known only by Sly Hound, was working his way out of a deal gone bad. When the bullets started flying. Manuel was strolling bye when he caught a glimpse of the fixer pinned behind a car. A hail of bullets a wizzing! past him. They were moving in for the kill, when a shadow flanked there position. And then it went quiet when SH looked up. There was only slumped bodies on the floor! tranq patches on there necks. He tucked his pistol away, and ran up to the only guy standing there. Thanks he said who are you? Doesn't matter manny replyed. He looked around at the street thugs that had tried to flake on paying him. No he said I think it dose. They became close and he found jobs for Manuel's... Talents and Manuel well he became Ghost.... Side note A: it was his teachers fondest wish that Manny's tendency toward helping others and good rub off on his own son. But Kenji hated Manuel and disappeared. He Joined and took control of a street gang and trained there members. Now when ever he gets the chance, and he can find him Kenji attempts to do away with his half brother. To Kenji they are not brothers but bitter enemy's. Side note B: Before he died Ghost teacher bequeath to him instruction from a spirit. The spirit accepted Manny as a student solely on the request of his dying teacher. Since Ghost is an outsider, it would have been impossible for him to receive instruction from and ancestor spirit. None the less that is the case. the spirit is referred to as Shidoshi by Ghost. For in life the man Sanada Masayuki a fabled medical core ninja earned it. Ghost's adoptive Father Also made him promise not to teach Kenji anything that would make him worse. To use his good judgment, and show his foster brother mercy.... that was his dying wish. Mentor Spirits Backround: spirit type spirit of man: The clan was ruined when the Tokugawa clan defeated them at the end of the Japanese Civil war, in the 17th century. They fled to the hills, where they became Ninja to survive. When Japan was opened to trade in the 19th century, Sanada Masayuki (named after the famous head of his clan, who died in at the battle of Sekigahara) left to come to the New World, seeking to finally be free of the yoke of the Tokugawa shogunate. (Although the Shogunate fell years later, the clan did not return to Japan, having already made a place for themselves in their new lands.) (but why walk and run when you can fly) Pixies can fly at a “walking” rate of 20 m/turn and a “running” rate of 50 m/turn There once was a pixie named Serintha.Who did not think like other pixies thought. In fact the only thing that this pixie learned, was flying when it was taught. Serintha's mind was keen like the others friends sisters and her brothers, but her magic beliefs were not so shaman nor her outlooks on life so free and common. She felt in her little heart everything had a place. Magic was no different, and not so hard to trace. The elders of her tribe brooded for no totem would except her. So they sent her to a friend a so called psychic and professor. She barely liked this man. He was abrasive and so cold, but his out looks on magic were very new and not so old. She embraced her psychic phenomenon. Dreaming of dangerous escapades. And escaped her metahuman trappings. To find that life was not so fun and often lonely when your one. Levitate:
Type:P, Range: LOS, Duration: S, DV: (F/2)+1 Levitate allows the caster to telekinetically lift a person or object and move it around. The caster must achieve a threshold on the Spellcasting Test equal to 1 per 200 kg of the subject’s mass. The subject of the spell can be moved anywhere in the caster’s line of sight at a Movement rate equal to the spell’s Force x net Spellcasting hits in meters per turn. Objects flung into other things should be handled as a Ranged Attack Test (see Fling), inflicting a number of boxes of Stun damage as decided by the gamemaster (especially sharp or dangerous objects may do Physical damage at the gamemaster’s discretion). If the caster is attempting to levitate an item held by a living being, make an Opposed Test between the spell’s Force x 2 and the holder’s Strength + Body. The caster must have at least 1 net hit to levitate the item away. If the caster is attempting to levitate an unwilling living being, the Opposed Test uses the target’s Strength + Body. You can use this spell to levitate yourself, if desired. Mental Manipulations: For Mental Manipulation spells, the caster makes an Opposed Spellcasting + Magic Test against the target’s Willpower (+ Counterspelling, if available). If the caster scores more hits, she controls the target as noted in the spell description. Every (Force) Combat Turns, the victim may spend a Complex Action to shake off the mental control. The victim rolls a Willpower (+ Counterspelling) Test; each hit reduces the net hits on the caster’s original Spellcasting Test. If the spellcaster’s net hits are reduced to 0, the spell no longer affects the target.
Control Thoughts:Type: M, Range: S, DV: (F/2)+2 The caster seizes control of the target’s mind, directing everything the target does. The caster mentally gives commands with a Simple Action and the target is compelled to obey. Control Thoughts affects a single target, Heal: Type: M, Range: T, DV: (Damage Value)-2 Heal repairs physical injuries. It heals a number of boxes of Physical damage equal to the spell’s hits from the Spellcasting Test. Hits can also be used to reduce the base time for the spell to become permanent; each hit spent this way shaves off 1 Combat Turn (hits can be split between healing and reducing time as the caster desires). A character can only be magically healed once for any single set. Physical Barrier (Environmental, Area) Type: P • Range: LOS (A) • Duration: S • DV: (F ÷ 2) + 3 Barrier spells create glowing, translucent force-fields with both 1 point of Armor and Structure rating per hit (see Barriers, p. 157). The caster can form the barrier as dome with a radius and height equal to the spell’s normal radius. The caster can also form a wall with a height and length equal to the caster’s Force. The caster can adjust size of the barrier the same as the radius of an area spell (p. 173). Physical Barrier creates a physical wall. Anything the size of a molecule (or less) can pass through the barrier, including air or other gases. Anything bigger treats the barrier as a normal physical wall. Attacks directed through a barrier have a –1 dice pool visibility penalty. The barrier does not impede spells. The barrier can be brought down by physical attacks, but as long as it is sustained it regenerates damage quickly—any reductions in Structure Rating are restored at the beginning of the next Combat Turn. We are shaped by our heritage. Facial features, skin tone, height, build, metatype, even aptitudes are influenced by the genes passed from parent to child. Attitude, too, is taught by parents, informed by their own lives and their cultural heritage. Where does your character come from, what is her lineage, who were her parents, and what did she inherit from them? Age: Unknown, Hair: Purple, Skin: Tanish brown Hasty is the perfect mix of features from her mother and father she has short cut hair in what ever fashion is in… and its color is a mix of her father's bluish hair and her mother's red her fathers cheek bones and her mothers soft expressive eyes… Parents can be proud of their children or regret ever bringing them into the world. Some are loving, and some are indifferent. All of them are only metahuman and have their own opinions of their children. Assuming they could speak, what would each of your character's parents say about her? Serintha's Mother is not really happy with the fact that no totem spirit would accept her daughter as a prominent Shaman herself she expected her daughter would follow in her foot steps Hasty had the gift, But a confused misunderstanding of magic… Her father is more understanding of his daughter he was the leader of the tribe's hunters and the best with bow skills, and how to defend yourself is what he past to his daughter. And he was quite happy with her skill… Many people remember certain historical events for the rest of their lives. For those alive in the first decade of the 21st century, it could be the assassination of John F. Kennedy, or the Tiananmen Square protests, or the fall of the Berlin Wall, or the attacks of 11 September 2001. People remember where they were, and what they were doing when they first heard of these events. Shadowrun history has significant events as well, such as the assassination of President Dunkelzahn, the Crash 2.0, and the emergence of technomancers and artificial intelligences. Pick a few events from recent Shadowrun history and ask where the character was at the time, what does he remember about the event, and what was he doing at the time? Between 2037 Lofwyr acquired the majority stake in Saeder-Krupp, and in 2042 Corporate Court expanded to 8 members with the inclusion of Yamatetsu. During that time Many things changed for Serintha six years prior to that someone from her tribe returned from a long trek in the modern world… From the modern world they brought many things spices, books for the elder and tech for the youth. Serintha needed no more proof her future lied in the modern world. she would stake her life on it, if she had to and for five years she battled with her mother for permission to go… Her Father having had enough told his daughter right in front of his wife to seek the council of her grandmother the tribe Seer highest in the tribe among those who made decisions and used magic. after several hours in the hut with her Grandmother, and she was free to go with the elders blessing but on the specific instructions that she learn the ways of magic in her travels and return to share… The Grandmother Seer had a contact in the Korrigan and they knew some one in New york who was overjoyed to take Serintha in and teach her at his school… Very few people choose to become shadowrunners. More likely, they are thrown into the life by a chaotic and uncaring world. Even if she made a conscious decision to enter the shadows, her decision is influenced by the world around her. How did your character get into shadowrunning, and why did she take that path? Serintha learned many things at the institute. But she had expected more adventure upon leaveing the forest and her tribe. The students had become quite adapt at sneaking in and out of the facility. And while Serintha was adapt at moving things with her mind and sneaking. She was struggling academically to learn the most basic of scholastic skills. Never having learned the basics in school like the other students. Feeling bad for thier little homesick friend, a small group of students decided to let Serintha in on their weekly escape to the city proper and the bustling night life there in... Hasty fell in love with the club scene. The weekly sneak trip turned into an every other day trip for Hasty. This is where she met a troll fixer she playfully refers to as mister grump because of his nasty disposition towards most people but not to Serintha whom he trusts. Grump found work for hasty as per their arrangement. She never had to take a life mostly info grabs, and recon. She was given a fake sin to rome the city with, But that was the beginning of her shadowrunning. she did it... for the fun... People have control over their own living arrangements. From the child young enough to use crayons and tape all the way up to the elderly shut-in who plasters her walls with family photos and cat pictures, everyone makes their living spaces more personally pleasing. What is your character's living space like, and what has he added or changed to make it his own? Since she left the institute Grump(Fixer)found her and apartment. Serintha has maintained said apartment(small) through minor jobs under the alias “Agatha Crumb” Everyone has beliefs, and many have beliefs strong enough to be convictions. Some are religious, some are political, some are social, and some are just about why people are here. What does your character believe in, what are her convictions (if any), and why does she hold them. Hasty believes in heart above all things(this dose not make her none violent) as her tribe was joyous and playful. She always wants to see the brighttside. But unlike her tribe, she is skeptical where common magical practice is concerned seeing these practices as her instructors had taught, mere point of view and dressing for use of psychic powers or as she was taught Psionic energy and activity. Everyone has aspects of their personality that grate on someone. Even the best of friends annoy one another from time to time. The flaws in a person's character are as important as the qualities. What do you dislike most about your character's personality? Hasty is super mega hyper active but she retains the ability to focus quite well. Her eagerness to leap in head first has been a problem in the past... The Sixth World is considered by many to be spinning out of control. If anyone could exert control over it, it would be the "Big Ten" triple-A megacorps. These transnationals exert a lot of influence on everyday life in the 2070s. Which of the Big Ten does your character hold in the highest (or least low) regard, which does he like the least, and why? A. Hasty does not understand modern world politics. Only tribe stuff. The geopolitical structure of the sixth world gives her a headache... But she is partial to the Draco corporation, and hopes to one day work for them in a shadowy compasity... She dose not like the Aztechnology corporation or Sedder krupp, but has not reveled her reasoning for any of these thoughts... People make acquaintances and friends; we're hardwired for it. Humans are social animals. This is especially true in the shadows, where often it is not the power you have, but the power you can borrow, and not who you, are but who you know. There's a story behind each and every one of these relationships. What is the story with your character and her contacts? A. The only "friend" Hasty has in new york that is of any use to her, and loyal enough to be trusted is A Troll Fixer, with a nasty disposition to most everyone... "That so hard to believe?" he asked a question to answer her's then looked to the baffled bartender Orc female. She responded with a grunt and went to work making the drink. Hasty smiled at that question even though she knew he did not answer her he did buy the drink so he cant be all that bad and he was amazingly good looking and well dressed well for a troll... She decided to take a look at him astrally but also Answered his question while peeking "NO nooo, Its just no one ever speaks to me is all" I ain't no one sugar in fact I'm some one..." Without looking he spotted the bartender standing there with the drink. She was wondering who he was talking to, and more important where they were. He pointed to where he wanted the drink and shuued the Orc away... "Wow" Hasty thought then stated "Your a grumpy one, but i see your heart Mr. Grump" (she names those she likes its a habit)She'd gathered no info as too weather he had any magical help to see her but the mystery brought her back to him from her school of psychic phenomenon and control... anyway they became close tight friends and the rest is history... It's Sunday morning, and your character has no commitments until tomorrow afternoon. What does she do for the day? Hit the hottest rave she can find come home 4:30am and crash by 6:30am (party girl) Your character has a specific skill set, a list of Active and Knowledge skills that define what she knows and her areas of expertise. How did she come to learn those skills, and how did she develop them to those levels? Combination answer questions: 11, 13 Serintha was never accepted by a totem for some reason, and feeling as though the shamnic tradition did not pick her she did not accept it either. Her mother tried to help but Hasty rejected her teachings in lue of practicing her bow with her Father. In this disiplin she became legendary amungst her tribe, second only to her father whom was the Lead hunter a position of great honor. Alas she was no hunter though... Serintha never learn to track and stalk like her father. However sneaking around the woods was a skill all pixies developed. Once in the shcool proper, she picked up the english language easy enough a slight forign accent still tenges some of her words from years of speaking spirithial. She was taught that the spirits that rejected her were called thought forms, manifistaions of an individuals will over the energies surrounding them and exsibited power and form based off of the subjects mental, and emotional state. Following the instructions of a thought form turned her stomach and as she raised her power level she began to forget all about the spirits all together she was taught Defend with her skills Skills in much less then brutal, but supervised, and saftey, controled matches held by Proffessor Paul and other proffessors showing off there prized students... If you made a certain amount of progression points you were alowed to compete in the silent mental games preformed in front of facilty from other schools and certain corp finaical backers. She ecceled at these games but was far from the best there... And all the fighting is why she left she’d almost hurt a fellow student from another school when she did not put him down and moved to leave he put her down and won... Proffesor Paul or Dr. Paul was creepy and though he helped Serintha excell at raising her power level... His experiments and projects were more stressful then Hasty had sighned up for so she ran... he was very upset when she left but she had become so adapt at sneaking in urban areas about as adapt as she was in the woods and he could not stop her. She got the feeling he would do anything to get his pressious subject P-273... Everyone has their limits. People can be dark, but most people's instinct is to draw the line at certain actions and thoughts, and they keep to their own moral convictions. Is there a moral limit that your character enforces on the jobs she takes, and in what shadow work would she refuse to engage? A. Murder most foul! Serintha won't kill without provocation or good reason such as her or them, or her team or them If you have an Awakened or technomancer character, consider your character's tradition and streams. Even within the major established magical traditions and the recently emerged technomantic streams, there is room for personalization. Ask yourself what drew her to that particular paradigm, how does it effect the way she views the world and her magic, how does it translate into choice of mentor spirit or paragon, and how does it affect the appearance of the spirits or sprites you conjure or compile? A. See answer 11 While acceptance and bias vary from place to place, augmentations-be they bio-, cyber-, gene-, or nanoware-are increasingly common and available in the Sixth World. However, personal technological enhancement is rarely cheap, and many implants that runners possess are restricted. How did your character come to have the enhancements she has, how were they paid for, and what motivated the choices she made (if she did make the choices)? Hasty has an extremely sensitive system so she has none moreover she cant see out side of lose of limbs why anyone would do such a thing hmph... Life as a shadowrunner is by definition outside the bounds of "normal" life. Shadowrunners do not truly fit into the lives of ordinary people, whether they live in slums or mansions. What does your character think of ordinary life, mainstream culture, and those who abide by it? No joke life as a pixie a magical creature, dual natured if you will... To Hasty Sucked big time...! The life of the tribe, of the forest was boring singing at night and dancing was out of site! (pixies know how to party trust) but there was no real adventure or suspense to the shy yet playful pixie tribe She belong too. Her trecks through the wilderness, and lessons with her father on how to use a bow for melee if you were foced too, and how to properly shoot was all she had to bring her out of boardems terrible grip... She lives lives now for her excitment each day brings a new adventure if she can manage it... Since leaving the school theres been a few jobs that were little to no distraction an info snatch, COM snatch, and once she even got to cause a distraction for some real runners but thats all they needed her for and she was told to withdraw as her mission was done and they were in the target facility... none of this was enough for her and she longs to be more then some ones distraction Hasty wants to spot lite with her team... Everyone has nightmares. Sometimes, we forget the dream completely on waking. Sometimes, the nightmare haunts us or even recurs. If your character had a lingering nightmare or a deep-rooted fear, what would it be, and why does he find it so terrifying? People tend to attach sentimental value to items in their possession or people they are close to. They make an effort to keep these close by and safe. What is your character's "sacred object" or "close one," and how did they come to be so important to him? Two Items that mean the most to Hasty are a Crystal Feather Focus that all her friends got for her when she said she was leaving it was very sad i... i cant talk about it... The Other is her Combat Bow... When she left the school better yet the forest the only weapon she had was her wooden pixie bow which was also adapt at being a club not really her style... Grump had a new weapon made for her at her str rating it was a nice gesture to close the deal of him being her fixer and she loved it this Bow was not the weapon focus she asked for but was just as expensive and of more use the handles had a cougar fine long blade worked into them so that she could use it as a blade when in close more her style she posed for him and he laughed something he almost never did... he had to admit it made her look bad ass... That and some armor he bought her but it hardly meant as much as the bow which signified his understanding and acceptance of his favored client... He told her she was the magic and the bow was a tool for her unbelievable power... she smiled at that and accepted it... the next three weeks were spent with him and her in a targeting range as he explained to her why she should use the smart link instead of hand eye, and how to do so One of metahumanity's greatest assets is its ability to look toward the future and imagine a better life. Even small children have dreams about what they want to be when they grow up. What did your character want to become when he was a child, and what are his goals now? Hasty has no plans for the future she lives now in the here and the now and she cares little for five year plans and such nonsense she knows as a shadow runner she could very well not be here in five years A person's appearance can say volumes about him. From fashion sense, to the colors he prefers, to the way he walks and speaks. Sometimes, his personality determines his appearance, and, sometimes, the appearance he chooses to present the world effects his personality. What does your character look like, and what inspired his choices? Serintha is somewhat quirky when she dresses, for instance on a meet and greet she will where a rather expensive shiny see through evening dress over her form fitting armor. weird! Some may say. as spaghetti string evening gown does not really match. But because its formfitting and she has quite a form to fit she makes it work... The combat vest over the gown, Goggles in her rather stylish short wet looking, and spiky purple hair, however is and you will agree a bit much... leaving her with and unreal look. Sort of like a female anime character from a Japanese cartoon no one inspired her she just looks that way... Everyone has a name, but a runner's street name is a representation of his connection to the shadows. Sometimes runners choose their own moniker, but more often it is given to them as a nickname or earned through some (mis)adventure. How did your character come to be known by his street name? Hasty was given by a mage she came into contact with on a snatch and grab through there first meeting with the Johnson till the run was over it was "please don't be so Hasty, and "Stop being so Hasty..." She finally at the end of the run stopped him in the middle of saying it and told him "I AM HASTY!!!" THe whole team laughed and it got back to grump some how and he began to introduce her as Hasty sort of a warning

They call me lil'T. Short for Tiamet. That's what my dad Nicknamed me. In fact all he ever gave me was life and that name. Then he left.... I was born in the bad part of the Redmond barrens. He was supposedly some big shot renegade or whatever mom said before she died. Gave me to my fathers closest Friend guy by the name of Isaiah Goldstien a.k.a. Job (yes as in the biblical job) who raised me like his own. Taught me how to fight off the poly clubbers, and hell even got me a few jobs since i got old enough for it. Sort of baptized me into the shadows... Did alot of time in juvenile homes as a kid. If you wanted to know, that's where my record comes from. Cant seem to shake that tag. And as if the cursed life i live is not bad enough. Lately Iv been having nightmares. There's smoke everywhere! I hear screams! Like you know the kind monsters make when there pisst at you. Then I'm running from a black dragon, and no he's not trying to hug me. He swallows me whole. then seems satisfied and i wake up in a pool of sheen scan me. His living persona is a ball of light or shining prismatic Orb... This orb is the form digit first encountered Daedalus in and he has had it since the beginning...

Raziel Garner was born premature to Sphen Garner(A German corporate tech drone designer), and Ava Garner (An African American house wife, and programming freelancer), at first they thought he would grow normally, than(medical tech being what it is) the doctors informed them that he was a Gnome at the age of two, and that he would always be very small at best three and a half feet tall. They were shocked as Ava moderate in height, and Sphen was tall. Life having well to do parents afforded Raziel many things of comfort his parents bought him all manner of wireless devices, to compensate for his size but it never did, He was picked on in school because of the way he spoke, which was in the first person, or because he looked funny, Raziel was tutored by both his mother, and father in the use of computers, and drones, the matrix at large, these were tough lessons for a child, but having a keen mind for technical jargon Raziel took to all there lessons family fun indeed, They poured there knowledge into him on a daily basis...
When he was seventeen, while manipulating (in AR) some code his mother had written, Raziel had fallen asleep or at least what he thought was sleep, he was not aware of it in his mind he had just continued to work on the code when he awoke however the Code (which should have taken a fair amount of time), was in fact finished! He thought nothing of it must "Raziel was in the Zone" he thought... Then another incident... He was in the tricks (VR) playing the new Tank Patrol: virtual Drone combat video game update he'd gotten for his birthday, when he Got the distinct feeling he was being watched, not his meat body but Digitally, somehow... while none of his tanks, had been detected by the enemy and the game really did not work that way... Raziel was in a winning position when he heard someone Call his name... It was like a whisper from the trix itself, but without experience in this phenomenon to draw from, he dismissed it... But it happened again, and again, for weeks he could not win a match... Then he got a Friend request from someone named Daedalus at first he did not accept but it, popped up in several of his games, he thought about telling his parents, but what would he say. Other things started happening too! When he walked past wireless devices they would stop, or start, lights would turn off, when he went to bed, but he'd not even given the command, Finally he got a Virtual invitation, sometime when he was 18 The Daedalus Character that had been harassing him wanted to meet in a specific virtual address, funny thing is Raziel as Wavy as he was could not dig up any info on the address or who owned it no one on his friends list had ever heard of it well the two and a half friends he actually had, On the appointed day at the appointed time he Signed in with a password that was attached to the invitation it also had said to log in, in full VR, and it seemed to his senses like an endless expanse of nothingness some kind a door off in the distance off the opened sliding to the right and left a bell sounded and a voice said going up Raziel moved to the door curious he stepped in and it started to feel like it was moving when it stopped sometime later, he got out there was machined shop of some kind looking vary similar to the ones his dad had brought him to see, the places his fathers work came alive a drone shop there were cars and jets here there were chain pulley systems and open engine blocks he even was pretty shore he saw a hover tank from one of the games he played it was all here there walls were lined with a servers huge computing machines and tools everywhere, there was a continuous clanking sound as if someone was working on something, he moved to the sound and he found a prismatic orb of light shining bright he tried to access it. It in turn blinked a few times growing brighter each time until, it was more humanoid looking but with 1's and 0's glowing and flowing throughout its form, like a data stream come to life, and still shining bright It took the form of a burly dwarf strong, and stout... He could make out the Mechanic out fit it was wearing it donned goggles and it was hammering an anvil with some kind of Cog on it. Raziel stood in awe as Daedalus smiled at him "Welcome Digit" the entity exclaimed in a booming voice which was forceful some how to Raziel's digital senses, but not scary he felt a strange connection...
All Raziel could muster the intelligence to say was "This one is Raziel who is Digit? Are you digit..? The Matrix entity smiled "No you are Digit from now until your carbon based form defaults, but soon you will see you have always been Digit, I am Daedalus, and I wish you too build..." Digit frowned "Build?" for some time he had been considering following his fathers footsteps in drone design, and was well on his way to doing that, but he'd not told his father yet... "You have the skills, you have the knowledge, you have the ability, and desire, I simply want you to use all this..." it banged one more time hard with a hammer on what it was working on. Showering the area in sparks! Then picked up the cog which is what it was working, on and held out his hand to Raziel who opened his hand, and received the Cog "Take this to Ivy when Raziel touched the cog instructions on what he should do uploaded to his COM "Now I must go..." The digital dwarf said allowed "Seek Ivy she knows more, and will help you if you give her this cog..." Digit had also received in the instructions an Address for the physical world, and a time to be there, as well as, information on a Technomancer who's underground handle was Ivy. When he left VR for AR after logging out of the virtual shop Raziel could not fathom what had just happened he thought it a Joke...
He went to the appointed place at the end of a business day... It was an office building full of wage slaves, and the picture he The cog icon had provided was loaded into his AR it contained a picture of a woman blond hair, short cut she was very beautiful, and looked preoccupied... He followed her for a few blocks, before she stopped, and asked him what he wanted? why he was following her? Raziel sent her the Cog icon and she accessed it, it dropped her mouth open instantly... Raziel smiled it was real "You are Ivy" her surprise turned to a determined look immediately, and she grabbed Raziel's arm dragging him to an Ally nearby "Where did you get this kid" There is enough information on here to have me dragged into a lab for being alive and strapped down for study, where the hell did you get this and whats your angle...?" She said her tone heated... Raziel did not think this was fun anymore, this woman was insulting and mean... "Raziel does not know, Raziel was givin this, in Matrix... Strange address, strange persona named Daedalus, could not Scan it, Daedalus said you would help Raziel understand why he was always Digit, and not Raziel inside... Said you were Ivy a Technomancer... Are you? Also said Ivy would understand. Does Ivy "not" understand? Because Raziel does not...!" She could not help but get irritated why was he speaking that way... in the first person... It was hard to understand but the information on the cog said that it was from Daedalus and that this kid also was a technomancer, she would need to go over it, but if it was from Daedalus the real Daedalus this was amazing... She figured she had little choice, but to cooperate she would play ball for now... The little guy spoke again apparently not finished with his fear stricken rant "Raziel is not kid either. Raziel is only small, 18 years old is he..." Her eyes narrowed at him at as she became focused and she pinged Digits Living Persona, something else he'd never experienced. He shook his head as his vision blurred for a moment... She smiled "Yeah you got it alright..." she stated, and she snatched his COM from him! "Hey!" Raziel exclaimed, and she held it in her hand, staring at it for a moment. Then gave it back saying "Ok Raziel Garner we are even now you know about me, I know about you... I'll be in touch kid Kung-fu training starts Friday you'll get an email with what time, and where don't be late... Oh and bring funds my time is not free" and she walked out of the ally leaving Raziel by himself...
Over the next few months Raziel studied with his parents in the open and with Ivy in secret learning the ways of the technomancer it would be two years until he heard from Daedalus again When he was twenty, He told his parents he wanted to venture out into the world on his own his follow in his moms foot steps as a private business entity and his fathers footsteps as working on Drones and all manner of vehicles, His father found a shop for rent and he and the building owner/manager came to an agreement as to what Digits rent would be, and that it would come out of any moneys Raziel would make while working his new shop, his mother refurbished the eye sore of a shop, outfitted it with her savings for Raz's collage fund. Raz thanked his parents for there blessings and When they left at the end of the first business day, Raz got an E-mail from Daedalus all it said was "I've been watching your progress and I am pleased, you are developing well for a Carbon based life form, Now you have the means as well as the ability, So build Digit... Build... Signed: In your corner Daedalus... Digit was now fully ready to get too work... Ivy hooked him in with a Dwarf fixer able to get stuff he needed(but did not tell him herself or Digit were technomancers as the prejudice towards them was on a rise at the time) to keep the business going, and she even quit her Job to work the desk so digit could build or whatever there was money in it for her and less hours then Working her normal desk Job, and digit lived in the back room of the shop, as his bed room, but he rarely slept... He had become quite adept at being a technomancer, and Ivy thought it would get him more cred to build if he did alittle running himself(as she did in her spare time) She new his contraptions could be of some use, so when he was twenty two she and the dwarf fixer who was known as Alister looked into getting him side jobs as a rigger or hacker... And this is where it all begins...

Jerald Killian an African American elf found out life sucked early. His parents died when he was thirteen and fourteen almost a year apart from each other. One from a stray bullet, and the other died from heart ache as well as loss. Before that life was pretty hard, but it was bitter sweet. Because of the way he lost his parents he figured life and death was at best trivial concepts. And he lost his innocents with his new found out look on life.
Shortly after dodging the social workers at fourteen, he met Janesta a local set leader and was able to at least fend for himself with her guidance. He ran with various street kids here and there. But he never affiliated seriously with anyone or anything.
Since in life his father was so proud of his job in physical security, He spoke of it often. He would go on explaining the flaws of some locks, and good points of others, going over maglock specs wireless sensor grids and so on and so forth. Teaching his son the ins and outs of the physical security biz, And Jerald picked up on it, well the locks anyway. He used that knowledge while in the streets. Some times to find shelter other times for more roguish reasons. When he was about fifteen he got caught up in a murder charge. But he beat the case, due to lack of evidence. And since he never spoke on what actually happened. No one was the wiser. He believed in a no snitching policy. Reason being no one spoke on his own father’s death. But he did a year in juvie for other charges…
He got his name Body in Juvenile detention. Because no one knew if he did it! Just that he got off, without talking. He also received his basic education in juvenile lock up. While he was at the same time getting lessons in self-defense, where to hit, and how to make it count, plus a few other things. From a much older kid, a dangerous Adapt who saw the potential in his new pupil, and was also in lock-up. He taught body other things like how to make his body move faster. More over before he left body took a younger boy (in on Gang affiliation charges) under his wing protecting the young man until his release. Then when he got out, he hung around with some of the other kids that had been locked up, and or forgotten by meta human society…
Janesta hooked up again with him. Knowing the kid had no one else, when he was about seventeen. They both got to eat on jobs so it worked out nice for a while. Then she asked him to join in with her and some of the others under her. He had nothing and no one, but she had always been in his corner ever since they first met. So he said yes it...
He found out one day or Jenesta found out is more like it (and told him). That the young boy he had defend in juvie got out. And had told his older brother about the adapt that looked out for him. Whats more he was the younger bro of one of her rivals. While she knew this posed no threat to her organization (As she knew body was loyal to his set and would rep. Her colors). She was afraid others my see it as Playing both sides of the fence. When all cards were laid on the table however it seemed as though then rival leader was thankful to him, sorta owed him one. That made Body happy but he did not smile...
He is known to those who know him as a stand up kid. Good with locks and sneaking, who knows how to keep his trap shut when it counts...

| I was raised by a Radical anti monster group you know boogyman hunters... They were an off shoot of Vatican Paranormal Special Forces. bet you did not know they had those did you...? They do... Any way the idea was to take a newborn child and raise it in seclusion teaching it to be pious like a priest... Should be. Then train him in various forms of infiltration, combat, and survival. Teach him magical theory, Monster zoology, Religious doctrine, spell slinging and even how to call on the Heavens for aid... They told me to call on Heaven because everyone else would call on me... On the eve of my graduation i was paraded around by my superiors. The wonder boy, The Churches right hand of justice. I was a success, and id never even had a single mission.
On my first mission I was sent out with a five man team, of which i was the fifth. If you don't know SF squads from the Vatican were sent out in four man teams. They were none to happy to babysit a 19 year old kid like me, but the higher ups demanded a test of efficiency. We were like a team of Exorcist. Except with magic returning we had more then suggestion on our side. Don't get me wrong i believe, i have to believe, its all that keeps me going, and iv seen more of the real world now, and the priests that raised me were wrong. We're not loosing the war because there are more monsters now... Were loosing the war because people don't believe enough anymore. Man kind lost faith and gave birth to meta-humen kind. But i digress...
We did not have names for each other, and the church gave us Designations, numbers. So we referred to each other by ones nationality, There was mex, a short Italian girl named little Italy, Russia, Tai, I liked Tai He was my hand to hand instructor real cool priest... As a matter of fact they all taught me something when i was growing up Italy taught me Latin, and Mex he was a bonified ex ucas soldier and our leader he taught me how to track what to look for. Russia taught me how to aim and then put one in them. What ever they are... Except ghost, them you dont waist bullets on Italy was also in charge of my conditioning and over all performance.
We hit the roof hard running the mission was simple distract the Evil spirit Long enough for Italy to find and destroy the phylactery that boud the lich to this plane, And allowed its skeletal remains to walk. But the lich had help, Five vampires eight ghouls and a Lich our mark, which we were not prepared to deal with. Mex gave the order to retreat, and we did so, but on the way out... ON the way out it got ugly. One of the vampiers was very "old Looking" but very Fast, and very strong. Russia took him head on what a guy... He was... They got him the old guy was on us and Russia bought us some time but... The ghouls swarmed him, and the old guy ran through him... Next as we hit the stairwell going up, one of the hardest four story climbs in anyone's life. The old guy fell to a booby trap Mex set up. He was always leaving stuff for those who would follow. BOOM! The building shook, No more old vamp, but no more Mex. We knew as we rounded the third floor, Going up to the chopper. The Vamps we're real angry bout their boss, and jumped us. Tai was there in no time. The cybernetic Priest spitting words of prayer as he bashed ones skull into the cinder block wall, and then engaged one in a clinch that was the last i ever saw or heard of Tai Land. "Deus exsisto vobis Bro!" Italy pulled me up the steps "COME ON!" as the other two made a rush for us i blew ones head off. But the Ghouls were in the stair well... and gaining
The fourth small Vampire had gashed my leg with something. So i was bleeding and limping but it did not hurt much Italy helped me get that as far as the roof she held the vamp back with her crucifix alone... of all of us i believe her faith was the strongest the chopper was already waiting on us on the roof but the ghouls came from the opposite side killing the pilot and gunner i was getting pushed into that same chopper when she Italy realized what had happen the look in her eyes was that of loss... "I'm sorry new guy" she said "it was a trap" she showed me her grenade the pin already pulled, and i leaped out (don't know how with one leg but i did) the other side and the explosion carried me, but something (i don't know what) caught me mid air and dragged me back.
As i was dragged unconscious through the air i could hear the Lich's screechy voice "Let him become that which he hates so very much." He ran a chilly bony finger down my cheek and grabbed my chin "Turn him" he said to the Vampire that stabbed me... "Turn him..."
They left me for dead in Seattle on a roof top to burn in the sun. But i got away... I got lucky... Out of my highly trained termination and exorcism team. The new guy made it... Damn them... The Vatican told me to stay put they send what they can but its not really help its sort of dont call us we'll call you now... The also informed me that protestant Helsing foundation (much like the teams from the Vatican) have a bounty on me So i do what i can too keep the infected the undead. The whatever you wanna call it in check. But I'm just one man.... No I'm not a man I'm a thing... But this wretched thing will do gods work... on this wretched earth by all that is wholly I shall strike with his vengeance his justice so that the weak might have in this dark world MERCY.....................
