Sub-forum for beginners offering help with character creation

I see lots of great little tidbits scattered around forums like Character Concepts. WMS's character questionnaire and Gala's topic on the order of character creation readily spring to mind. A single sticky topic with links to helpful or interesting topics and a moderator knowledgeable on CC would be a great asset to users creating topics like "First Character, needs editing" and such. I know I'd appreciate the resource!
