Who said running the shadows was easy? Dodging bullets, swords, spirits, and spells just to name a few. Elves, Dwarves, Trolls, even the occasional Dragon can make any Shadowrun go bad.

Here players in my game are welcomed, and indeed encouraged to provide feedback.

Is a game pace too slow? GM post quality not sufficient? Do you want to see more maps? Want to see more frequent posting from the GM etc? Want more time to RP just among your fellow team mates? Then post your thoughts here.

I ask that players who are not part of my game not post here, but if you have some constructive suggestions I'm always open to discussion via PMs. My primary focus when running a game is to ensure the players in my game are enjoying themselves. I want to make sure everyone's having fun and playing the sort of game they were expecting to play.

My main difficulty with the last On the Job attempt was a seemingly disjointed feel to the squad. You worked well with our feedback and questions, but it seemed like the players themselves were more interested in "What are my objectives as archetype X?" and then running off and ignoring the timeline. Maybe my misconception?

People certainly did seem to loose focus on what they (and the others) were doing. But that's honestly not anything I can do much about other than try (as I did) to prod you all in the right direction. People seemed to expect me to tell them explicitly what they should do next, rather than decide for themselves.
