Well, you do have one advantage. I can sustain the Invisibility beyond LOS. So as long as you can land without getting hurt (and don't scoff at it; it likely won't be easy) and somewhat quietly, you'll be invisible. Or, at least, for as long as Ginny can afford to split her concentration.

Note: Kesslan, I had my Initiative wrong up above. Please see corrected version below:

Initiative 8 + 1 hit - Sustained Spell 2 - Sustained Spell 2 + Adept Centering 1 = 6
Once Ike is over the lip of the building, one of those spells will drop, and the initiative will go up by 2 points to 8. Unfortunately, the roll will remain (by the rules) unless Ginny cares to lose a Simple Action to re-roll.

I'd like to make a visual Perception roll on the door and its frame, and I'd also like to put my ear up to the door to see if I can hear anything on the other side. Can I use my helmet like one uses a glass cup against a door? Does my helmet provide any modifiers to either roll?

By all means do so. The helmet provides no modifier for audio tests however. The way SR seems to treat them is that you can add in visual mods and they otherwise through what ever means have no effect on your ability to hear (you cant put audio mods into them, but they also dont give you a penalty even when it's a full enclosure like a milspec helmet.
