Doesn't matter, We have to use extended clip: 19(c) We don't have the slots for aditional. BOOOO

Not including disguises... we are sitting at 398(without Watchful Guard) + NY2,115

That includes:
Combat Load Vest: holds one commlink and can be fitted with ammo pouches.
3X Ammo Pouches (Pistol): Which can hold 3 clips each. So nine of the 10 spares are in pouches. 1 can be in a pocket.

If we get super desperate for gear... which we shouldn't we could drop the Doc Wagon Contract. But those are useful.

Think of the Combat Load Vest as more of a harness than a vest.

i think you got my math wrong wreck, or i got it wrong, which ever works out. either way, i bought 50 bullets per gun, thats 2 clips (19*2=38) with 12 extra bullets all together per gun, or since we have 2 guns now, 4 clips and 24 extra bullets, or 5 clips and five extra bullets. so we really only need 1 or 2 pouches since we only have 5 total clips.

heh, yeah... it's freakishly hard to find the descriptive for the load vest. It's described in the first paragraph under Smart Pouches on page 62 of Arsenal. The Ammo pouches are talked about in the next paragraph. Price and Availability are on the "Odds and Ends" Table in the bottom right of the same page. They are also listed as a sub-item of Smart Pouches under the "Odds and Ends" entry on page 192.

I only stumbled across them because I was curious about what a "smart" pouch was.

uhh.... I think that was left over from when you suggested the additional clip mod. Originally we wanted 120 bullets and 10 clips because that would have been 5xdouble clips. I'll fix the # of bullets/clips.

So if we are buying 12xEX-Explosive=120 rounds, we only need 4 spare clips. We have 1 in each gun already, so that's a total of 6. So two spare clips per gun, 114 rounds in clips, and 6 left over.

So two Ammo Pouches. We have NY2,070 left.

At 100 rounds we'd only have 3 extra clips, and 5 extra bullets. At that point the load vest and 1 ammo pouch aren't needed.

So we'd have NY3,225 left over.

I wasn't sure if you meant that you wanted 100 rounds, or 5 spare clips. So I took a mid-stance.

your right on the 120 bullets, its just 200 extra nuyen anyways. math wise:

given:

  • bullets are NY100 per 10; can only buy them in groups of 10
  • clip size is 19 bullets
  • must have at least 4 clips (1 in each gun and 1 spare for each gun)

Work the math:

  • 120 bullets = NY1,200
  • 120/19= 6.3...-->6 full clips (1 in each gun, 2 spare for each gun, 1+2 = 3 * 2 = 6 full clips) and 6 extra bullets.


Just thought i'd show you that your 120 bullets were better and that we wouldn't get confused anymore.

So...

total cost for 2 custom guns, ammo, 1 custom Katana, 2 silencers, 2 hidden gun arm slides, 1 concealable holster for the katana (yes they make them for swords too.):

Sweet as Phantom. heh, turns out that when I "fixed" the Ex-Explosive entry in the char-gen... I forgot to switch the price from the Explosive to the Ex-Explosive. Embarassed So my prices were off by half the price on ammo. I've fixed that too.

With Everything Else we've bought EQ wise we have 10BP in gear, with NY2,445.

What we did was figure out how much everything we were going to need/want was, converted that to BP, then we made it fit. Think of making a puzzle piece fit with a hammer, saws-all, and duct tape.

    Maneuvers
  • Two-Weapons Style: may coose to apply full dfense option using only one weapon and still attack with the other weapon.
  • Multi-Strike: +1 dice pool for attacking multiple enemies in the same action
  • Iajutsu: quick draw anything
  • Set-up: May make an attack test to deal no damage but to add her net hits to the next following attack; may be used with finishing move.
  • Finishing Move: A character with this maneuver may follow up a succesful attack, whether it deals damage or not, immediately with a move designed to take out the enemy. this allows the character to make an immediate follow-up melee attack in the same action phase. Finishing move counts as an interrupt action and uses up the characters next available action.
  • Ripsote: a character with riposte who successfully parries or blocks a melee combat attack may make an immediate attack on her attacker even if it is not her action phase in the turn.
  • Watchful Guard: Reduce the penalty for “defender has defended against previous attacks” by 1.

I made one once, but I never actually got to play him. You can make a hacker much more effective in the short run than a Technomancer, so that's why I built Wr3ck.

i would assume its not that difficult, i made a mechno-mancer to handle security at the church for matron and i always had the image of as long as their is technology nearby, we can do whatever it is we need to, so perception would be a plus, maybe we should make a technomancer hacker/spider with a splash of rigger? You also know the whole hacking/technology world better than me so it shouldn't be that hard. or we simply just build a hacker with cyber gear, none of these past three characters have any cyber, maybe throw an odd one in the mix, one that needs it to live or something along those lines.

Should we let Hawk post his character into the Norse Winds thread?

my honest vote is that we go for a technomancer, we have a true sorcerer (Taviro, my guy). We also have a phys-ad/monster that chuck norris checks under his bed for (Jötunn, your guy). So maybe we should go for a digital sorcerer, and give him a splash of something so he can kick trog in combat next to your guy.
