Kouyruu.LV is from LV [the Country code for Latvia]
Living in a capital of a small European city witch has just a paragraph in the whole back story in the shadowrun universe.

Kouryuu sees delight in many things, most of the time in Tea and a good book(preferably Shadowrun), he also practices in his folklore Knowledge of dances and Songs, sometime's tries to learn an instrument. A good part of his time he spend in University researching the possibilities to prolong human life, at least the sickness free proportion of it. He really likes his Biology studies, but he will not engage in religious discussions, so do not even try.

Kouryuu and Shadowrun are known for a while. First time they met on a sega genesis console, later on a snes. The next meeting was in a book store in Berlin, the capital of Germany, since them Kouryuu Book collection contains a lot of Sci fi novels, of with Shadowrun has the Majority. A few years back Kouryuu tried to start playing the Table top Game[ I know it is the original] but it did not last, while he moved to the capital Riga and there was a lack of players, he knew.

As up until know he has only played with pre-made characters these firs ones will most likely be below average, but he is hopeful the learn the trade as fast as he can. Thanks to Wreck and wngd_phantom for the help.
