Gavin Michaels, the actor

Gavin is an actor by trade. He had some success as a child star, and after a long break he made his ways into movies. Though he only had a couple supporting roles, his first lead role will be as a Shadowrunner. The director thought it would be a good idea to hire a group of runners to take his star out on an easy run to give him an idea of how they operate. Though wary of the idea, he was eager to make an impact with his first lead role. Well needless to say, things didn't go according to plan. They managed to escape, but not before giving security cameras a good shot of him firing on guards. At the threat of blackmail, he is drug into the dark underbelly of Seattle.

Very interesting background for a potential face. I also love it whenever someone says "underbelly" but I think that's just a personal quirk.

Sounds a bit like a weeflerunner who got hosed before going back to his day job. It also sounds like the sort of guy who's going to start collecting blackmail to get out of the shadows.

And yes, he is mostly a face. Though he had some training in combat (At least enough to make it look authentic, but he's no expert), he knows his place is as the face. No obvious cybernetics and no magical abilities to help him along, but his skill in reading and talking to people is top tier.

Ah. The life of a Shadowrunner wasn't one he wanted, but he was willing to do whatever it took to make his first lead role the one to make him. Of course he's stuck now, but he wasn't interested in making a living out of it.
