Cool concept. One of the advantages of technomancers over hackers is that they can infiltrate places without needing any gear, which I assume your character will take advantage of. However, while your character can hack with moderate skill, it doesn't have the tools necessary to do so. For example, your character will want an Exploit CF and possibly a Spoof CF as well. You might also consider dropping Cybercombat and Hardware, and getting some points in Compiling and Registering. Sprites are awesome, they can really give a technomancer at chargen a leg up over the hackers. You will want to find some way of getting access to the Unwired sourcebook; it really fleshes out technos and gives them lots of cool options. It also adds bunches of important rules on the Matrix. I would suggest getting more familiar with the Matrix system and the Unwired rules.
For infiltration, you will want to consider investing in a chameleon suit. You may have camo fur, but it actually makes you MORE visible in areas where it is not suited to, like in a cubicle farm. Some other B&E gear and spy drones could help.
