SRM03-00 - Everyone's Your Friend OOC

This is the Out Of Character thread for Shadowrun Missions Season Three, Mission number 00, "Everyone's Your Friend".

Do you guys think that the initial IC post is sufficient? I just straight copied it from the Missions book and left it at that, but it seems really bare. I suppose the idea is to start there and just develop the story and meeting from there. Is there anything else you guys would like from the initial post? Pictures? Maps? Cool formatting?

well i live in new york state, Manhattan is pretty cool.. And the sr4 take on it is so possible well not really, but you get me. like the cops can check your bag just because lol so game wise maps might help our none native new yorkers get through better just saying...

The description on the Wiki and Google maps worked just fine for me. I've spent time in Manhattan though, so it wasn't hard to figure things out.

Very nice intro post, Wreck. Feel free to start posting everybody - once you all set out I'll lay out the scene. As a side note, Peace Man doesn't have to be your fixer, he could just be an intermediary fixer, suggested by whoever it is that gives you jobs. If he's not your current fixer, you could earn him as one by successfully completing the job. Otherwise, a job well done could earn a Loyalty or even Connection boost. (If you do a good job, he's done a good job.)

Ghost, I made a mistake. I am just used to everything being based off of hits. Whatever the total die roll was is used as the modifier for the starting money. Even someone with Street as their life style has to have at least 10 nuyen.

Ok its a ten rolled altogether

You multiply it by your lifestyle modifier. 10 for street 50 for low... etc.
