Axel met Flagg through one of the guys in the chopshop where he worked. Impressed with the young human's driving skills, Flagg offered Axel a job as a getaway driver/wheelman for a rookie team of shadowrunners. Though the original job did not turn out as expected, it was Axel who managed to get the team out of the threat zone and thereby gained respect and gratitude of the team and a reputation with Flagg as a guy who could keep his head under fire.
Ratchet Chopshop Mechanic C3/L3
Ratchet became Axel's first good friend within the chopshop ring. Since it was Ratchet who kept the vehicles that Axel drove for various jobs (including those for Flagg,) it was no surprise that the two would come to mutually respect and admire one another. In fact, after many successful heists (some of which Ratchet rode shotgun,) Axel now will not go on a run unless Ratchet has given the vehicle his 'seal of approval.'

BACKGROUND
Axel grew up in the shadier areas of Seattle, where he had to learn to take what he needed to survive. From an early age Axel had a fascination with vehicles. He used to stand on the street corners and watch all the cars go by; picking out the ones he wanted when he got older. Coming from a poor family, however, Axel soon realized that there was only one way he would ever possess one of those fine cars...theft.
But he knew he couldn't just steal a car and then drive around in it - the police would catch him in no time.
Later, Axel discovered one of his street chummers worked in a chop shop. Swearing discretion, Axel was introduced into the underground world of car-jacking. He quickly showed an aptitude for breaking through vehicle security and developed his driving skills until he surpassed the others in the ring.
Discretionary word of mouth attention soon spread to certain interested parties in the shadows and Axel was approached by a fixer offering wheel man jobs for extra nuyen. Axel accepted the offer.
Now Axel runs the razor's edge between car-jacking and shadowrunning.

And Alith, why don't you put the chinese in italics rather than putting a message [chinese] before his speeking. It would be rather clearer as we would know that he is trying to speek english when out of italics.

Also, there is an alright language translator that translates audio for 5 nuyen. It can fail horridly though (1 on a 10 d) You have to roll that every time you speek to a person who doesn't talk in english or the language you are talking to in order to or it will come out wrong. Aka, make your person look like an idiot.

Anythat thats just a 1 though. And you can use edge on it.

I'll do the italics part, but he can speak English. With an accent, for sure, but a skill rating 2 is enough for a character with slim to none social skills. He can say "I'm gonna kick your butt!" before he does, and that's good for him.

Hmm, so "IQ" hacked all of our commlinks and subscribed with ease. From afar. If she slips this easily into the target system too, we are just gonna have to walk through open doors...

Unfortunately, it won't be that easy. You were in there for a bit of time and commlinks are rather easy to hack. This case requires physical work and that is something IQ can't do.
