The commune/warehouse is laid out with two floors - the lower floor is for vehicle parking and living space, the second floor is Sparkler's workshop space. As a general rule, other people are only allowed upstairs by invitation (and then, only with Sparkler watching over their shoulders). Animals are not allowed upstairs ever, for any reason.

What's the area around the warehouse like?

'Depressed' is one way to put it. The streets are starting to wear out, most of the lights no longer work, and everything looks like the natural course of entropy speed up. Most of the small buildings are listed as closed, though squatters remain a viable option. There are a few legitimate 'mom and pop' shops gasping out their last breathe, and a few actual ramshackle apartment complexes still stuttering along. There's even a few security cameras operational!

But most of that is because the area is near the industrial zone, almost in the shadow of I-40. The region is considered old Kellyville. The further one gets towards the south and southwest, the worse it gets. At the moment, there is no static zone around the warehouse, and signal is weak but managable - an influence of the industrial zone to the north and northwest. Again, the further south to southwest/southeast one goes, the worse it gets, until one is outside Tulsa limits and into the boonies.

It also happens to have several other -interesting- things. For more info on -those- little ditties, I'll need some form of area knowledge roll or street roll.

Do I need to roll perception to know when the gangers are about to attack?

That depends. Are you east, south, or west of the warehoue in your ramshackle waiting spot? I assume eastish, because you're coming from a high class condo. If you are south, or west, yes. If you are east, yes, but with a +2 modifier. You're basically in their line of travel, laid in wait, and you know where they're going. Probably.

Southeast. Close enough to be able to ambush them, not so close that she'd be surrounded if one of them notices her.
