Specter recalls that there was a guard posted outside when the group arrived. They had left him unconscious when they went inside. There is not currently anyone visible outside, conscious or unconscious.

I knew i should have grabbed that guy and brought him with lol oh well and oh yeah Gala check my roll three ones and two successes i think LT is rolling on the floor lol not sure

OH sorry fresh out of failing rolls but i hear we have a barely palatable success stew if you would like   LT has bad luck lol so i want no mistakes allowed!!!

About the glitches, yes they can be quite annoying.

But sometimes even fun.

@Ghost: LT has bad luck? Shoot - there may be some critical glitches in there for us yet! Doesn't Bad Luck mean that 2's now count as failures for LT?
- Obviously I can't go back in history and change what has already happened. But do help me remember going forward that I should count your 2's as 1's.

@Specter: Of course you remember! You haven't (at least, I hope) just been through a quite near-death combat! As you recall: Specter would have been given new holes in her body, in unnatural places, if LT had not intervened and taken the bullets on her behalf. That was why the memory test was required.

Bad Luck:

"The character is cursed His own luck often turns against him. whenever the character uses Edge, roll 1D6. On a result of 1, the Edge is spent, but it has the exact opposite effect intended. For example if a character hopes to gain additional dice, instead he loses that many dice from his dice pool. if the character spends Edge to go first in an Initiative Pass, He ends up going last. if a character spent Edge to negate a glitch, Bad Luck turns it into a Critical glitch."

Ouch! Oh man I forgot how to deal with this so i looked it up, lol but i know i am in trouble...

Seig is supposed to be an infiltration specialist, which should allow him to get the bay door open in a jiff... but all he has is a maglock passkey which without the Hardware skill won't do diddly-squat...

"It is also possible to eavesdrop on the noises, communications, and even smells of the physical world from the astral plane, but just like reading a physical book, the assensing character will perceive the emotional tone and impressions rather than the physical sensation."

I take that as fairly clear indication that you can understand their conversation quite clearly. Especially since it's a fairly simple, emotionally straightforward discussion.

As I understood that you can get the emotional stand and the feelings associated with the words not the words themselves.

My example would be our in game situation.

Viking can see/hear Spectre is confused (about the guard being missing), he might see small bits of fear( of a ambush) and the notion to play it safe, but he would not know that there is a guard missing witch could mean a prepared ambush. He would not hear their planing and definitively would be oblivious to any plans they make.

Would he be hearing words from Kess and Alexia on the astral plane as both of them are dual-natured?

@Kouryuu: Even in today's "real world" without the extra notion of magic or the Astral Plane: emotions, and the emotional content of your words are far more nuanced and "decipherable" than most people think they are. Even without training, the average person only needs about 25% language context to understand a conversation happening right in front of them in a language that they otherwise don't understand. An assensing magician, particularly one who is paying close attention, is privy to that emotional content and presumably the Assensing skill gives you the training and capacity to put that emotional content together as communication. And while it may be appropriate to house-rule an "emotional language" skill for magicians, that doesn't exist in the current Shadowrun rules.
So, worry not: you understand the conversation. You should RP it in terms of the emotional content of the conversation. But as I said above, the emotions are sufficiently nuanced and decipherable as to be understandable to an Assensing magician (which you are).

Thanks for that Jagger! The "sniper nymphs" were simply too good to pass up!!! And it helps that Ashe was already virtually passed out - the line between reality and fantasy blurs quite a bit at that point.
