If you play the rigger I'd take the mage, otherwise I would play the melee adept.

Kesslan, if these three stick it out, we can continue your original story-line. I have been enjoying this story-line so far, so it would be fun to stick it out.
That said, playing a corp-sec situation is fun sometimes. I have a table-top where my players took over a C-Corp and decided to run it instead of selling it off. I changed their missions drastically when they made that decision!

By "stick it out" I was referring to moving forward with the story-line that Kesslan had in mind after completing this particular run. Rather than, as the current plan is, coming up with a new story-line for the newly formed team.

He is concerned, and rightly so, with the reaction that the two characters who will be constant will have in ... inheriting 3 brand new team members once we have finished this run, and Kesslan invites you three to submit to him the character you actually want to be playing in the campaign. Based on this, he was intending to allow the player to carry over karma rewards to the new character, and he was planning on starting a fresh campaign idea, with the newly existing team as it's SR team.

And Kesslan, please feel free to post a correction of my previous post if you feel I wasn't quite correct on any of that.

Oh I'm sorry, I didn't get the "submit to him the character you actually wan to be playing" part. I thought until now it's just about the "playing a npc to finish the current run" part. As I will be playing the wolf shaman (if I got that right), I would consistently like to play my wolf shaman thereafter (see Growl).

Ok, give me a few days to post up the NPC stats. There's character sheets already sure, but I'll modify em slightly so were not flat out jacking some one else's characters (Even if I consider character sheets fair game when people bail without notice). Wont change too much mind you but i'll just make em a little more generic for the time being.

I'll still open things up to people bringing in their own characters after this leg of the run is done though, since it can be done and I can cut loose all the NPCs I dont want to be running anyway that way. After all.. people are always dying in the shadows...

That or a few wind up retiring.

Yeah! Actually, Shan doesn't know about porn. But mostly she uses HAL as a mild self-iritant... I don't think she has actually asked HAL for any hacking yet. Not like HAL would be unwilling to provide them, I think, but HAL can think for herself. I would more consider the relationship between HAL and Shan as, umm, perhaps BFFs, with a surprisingly complimentary skill set.

for the characters that we may swap out after the run what build options should we use.

did you have special rules for bp to nuyen costs... things like that.

And I'm hoping I'm building a decent replacement rigger... since the party is already mage heavy.

Quick over view of where we are. Night (Me), Will and iKapa are waiting for the time lock on the other members boxes to go off then we are moving in to cut through the fence to attack the dig site. Everyone else except the doctor are in boxes waiting for the boxes to open to move out from where they where moved to. The doctor is planing on being moved to the doctors office on site.

Until Kesslan post the boxes opens I'm holding on posting.

Gala I think it would be a good idea to have Hal try and hack the cameras to try and find out target but it is up to you, also it would be good for him to monitor alarms once the alarms goes off to let the whole team know it has happened. When this happens I have a plan waiting to be put in motion.

I agree, it would be a good idea. But unless you think Shan should come up with the idea (and she wouldn't), you probably aught to post a priority message to our 'link, and let HAL know yourself. That way, when HAL gets the message, she can start doin' her thing without any mention of it to Shan.

Kesslan will let us know when he's ready to go. Until then, we can do planning and RP.. you don't have to wait for him for you to start getting into character.

By all means you can start RPing through the setup. Hopefully I can get all the modified sheets posted up here in a few days. This past week was rather busy due to my parents having their 45th anniversary and 75th birthday. As a result of hitting both these milestones they combined everything into one very large party they needed some help with to setup/take down etc, and then on top of that work had me going into a fair bit of over time early this week.

I have a few days off coming up shortly so I should be able to get it all done by Friday at the latest.

Jack would like to summon a beast spirit for support while he has the time. What time do we have ingame and how long is the assumed time in the box? Was this mentioned before somewhere and I missed it?

Wow Kesslan! Congratz to your parents, that is really impressive!

Stampede: I can't remember, but either way, you will have time to summon a spirit; that takes a matter of seconds. Whether or not you want to is a reasonable question to consider...
