I've seen that wngd_phantom has been logging in every so often, but he either doesn't have the time (totally understandable) or inclination (not likely) to post.

I am curious as to why Cat thinks Joker needs saving. From the feeds, it looks like he's just talking to a cop. His mic isn't broadcasting, so you can't hear the conversation. And she hasn't even been there a whole minute yet.

@scawire, I assume you understand that Teckster's watchers have started pinging like mad little alarms as several of the cops and witnesses have moved into and out of their area multiple times. Which I believe was your last request, to track people who repeatedly entered the area.
