Is there any way to enhance that roll? Specter is suspicious of sudden appearances Also, she doesn't like men at all, for serious reasons. Sorry, I'm still not fully acclimated with the options on dice rolling on 4th edition.

In this case, not really. But, you can add Edge to the roll. That would do two things: First, it would increase your dice-pool by your edge attribute. Second, it would enable the "Rule of 6".

Alright then. Dammit, didn't help. I got 2 hits on the ascensing roll though.

@Larz: What is "Spec.Visual" and "Gear" in your Visual Perception roll?

Greifer has a spezialisation on Visual Perception. Gear is the Vision Enhancment (Rating 3) in his glasses.

As a reminder, Specter has the negative quality "Bioluminescence." It's not strong enough to be noticed in daylight, but by now, the others will very probably see a faint blueish glow.The book says it enables people with low light vision to see as in daylight. Imagine the light fireflies or some glowing cavemoss emits. This will make her easier to target.

You are a easy target.

A lot of us have low light vision, even the scattered light of the flash-lights would have allowed us to see each other, at least it should have.

Hope you know how you will track where who is on the map, and we most likely will trip over stuff while doing any other manoeuvres, so a heavy negative modifiers,

Viking will not bother to try to hear something he has no possibility to hear, wasted enough Edge already
while on the Them will this count as a chapter and replenish some edge so we can use it freely in this mock-battle or should we conserve it for the real thing?

I think it's more of a twilight. Shadowy. Not completely dark. But the low light visions have been neutralized magically to give everyone even chances.

But still, the flashlight will show each other were we stay?

It's on; Everyone post your stealth rolls and initiative rolls. Soon as those are posted, we can get this shindig running. Based on my discussions with Kesslan, I would assume that Kesslan, Ashe, and LT will be arriving during the game; so they'll be up for a bit of entertainment.

Then I have to say, enhanced reflexes are not an even level. It gives the characters an advantage.

Our characters all have a different layout. And hence equality in chances is impossible. Especially as the magic heavy characters can't use their powers.

I'm not complaining by the way. I'm just a nitpick at times. The rules are as fair as they can be. I'm sure the tag-game will be fun.

I would argue that Low light vision cant be shut down, but this is Watashi we are speaking about - the next gen Messiahs.

p.s. agree with Darkon, magic users are from base up on a disadvantage against cyber, and this would give them an even bigger advantage.

You most certainly can use your edge, at any time, entirely at your choosing. You don't know when it will refresh.
